Phantms are simple beings, they are considerate of their environment, and try not to be too intrusive. They will keep an eye on their surroundings and only swoop in when they need to. They feel it is necessary to keep a low profile, and aim to not be in the limelight.

This allows them greater control and flexibility to move around as they please.. undetected, unnoticed, unobserved.

They aren't nightmares, just here to help those in need.

Neither are they assassins or thieves. Unless you are a bad guy, then you will have to worry about them.
